Do I need to book in advance?

While we do accept walk-ins based on availability, we highly recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially for weekends, to ensure your preferred stylist is available.

Can I request a specific stylist?

Yes! When booking via WhatsApp or phone, please mention your preferred stylist. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other guests.
